PATIENT EXPERIENCE OUTCOMES

We strive to ensure our patients have a positive experience during their admission. We are focused on our patient’s journey and understand there are many areas that contribute to the overall experience, such as staff interactions and comfort of room. It is extremely important to us.

We listen and respond to patient feedback and continue to score highly in several independent patient experience surveys. These measures are used for future service design and development of services.
